Some presenation nerves are good for giving a presenation. However, when there are too many presenation nerves and has an adverse effect that they become a problem. Here are some tips to deal with the symptoms of too presenation nerves:
1. Take some sips of lukewarm water to help avoid a dry croaky throat.
2. Take some deep breaths when you are about to present to help relax you.
3. Smile. A genuine smile will help you feel better and radiate confidence to the audience.
4. Memorize the first few lines of your presenation to get you started, while your brain gets into gear to help you out.
The most stressful time in a presenation is just as you get up and start to present.
